Bob founded Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors in 2005 after a successful career in financial services.  He is the former president & chief executive officer of SunBank, a regional financial services company with more than $1 Billion in assets.  As CEO, he negotiated and implemented numerous acquisitions.  With more than 25 years of financial services experience, Bob also has extensive financing expertise and contacts. 

As a former head of commercial lending and as a former commercial loan relationship manager, Bob witnessed first-hand the need in the market for professional merger & acquisition services and transition planning assistance, particularly with privately-held, middle market companies.  This led him to establish Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors.

Bob has attained the designations of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M & AMI), and Certified Business Intermediary.

Sandra J. Miller, M&AMI, CBI

Sandy joined Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors in 2006 after a rewarding career in commercial banking.  She is the former executive vice president and chief banking officer of SunBank, a regional financial services company with more than $1 Billion in assets.  Sandy also held key marketing/sales positions with other financial services companies including Keystone Financial and Federated Investors.  Her career has also included experience with manufacturing and distribution companies.

Sandy has attained the designations of Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI).


David W. Wimer, M&AMI

Dave is a finance and operations executive with expertise in privately-held business in the areas of growth, succession, exit, critical transition and enterprise transformation.  His strategic M & A skills include target analysis, leading negotiations, deal point design, institutional structuring, and corporate finance modeling.  Dave has served as executive officer leading three successful turnarounds for owners of privately-held companies with revenues from $15MM to $110MM.  Dave is the author of Insight: Business Advice in an Age of Complexity.  

Dave has attained the designation of Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M & AMI).

Michael A. Mullen, CVA, M&AMI

Michael is an experienced organizational and strategic management leader with a specialization in finance and management.  He is the former President of North American Operations for SFS Group USA, Inc., a division of SFS Group AG, a publicly held Switzerland based global manufacturer of metal and plastic components for a wide range of industries.  Michael was also an owner and the CFO/Vice President, Finance at Construction Fasteners, Inc. for 16 years unti SFS's acquisition of the company in 2001.

Michael is a graduate of Boston College and resides in Reading, Pennsylvania.  He has attained the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI).

Shawn A. Stine

Shawn is a former commercial banking executive with approximately 40 years of financial services experience.  He is a founder and organizer of York Traditions Bank.  His banking experience includes 25 years in executive level management at York Traditions Bank, PeoplesBank, Drovers Bank and CoreStates/Hamilton.  During his commercial banking career, Shawn has been responsible for the business banking division, credit administration, chaired the Senior Loan Committee, and has managed a commercial loan portfolio.

Having worked with privately-held middle market companies throughout his banking career, Shawn has first hand knowledge of the unique succession planning needs facing owners.  With a focus on long-term relationships as well as strong analytical, financial and negotiating skills, Shawn is committed to meeting the needs of owners and their families. 

 Kevin St. Cyr

Prior to joining MMCA, Kevin founded SCF LLC Consultants, an advisory firm serving business and technology clients in the Smart Building, Data Center, and Internet of Things (IoT) segments. Kevin served as SVP for the Enterprise Segment at CommScope, a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks. He participated in the IPO of CommScope and was involved in closing several acquisitions. Kevin joined CommScope from Berk-Tek, where he served as President.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in plastics engineering from University of Lowell (UMASS – Lowell) and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business.

Clifton D. Brown, CVA, CEPA

Cliff has 30 years of experience in helping owners grow their businesses, evolve their roles and navigate transitions or exits.  He has worked with some of the largest privately-owned companies in the United States, which has given him incredible insights into transition and family succession issues.  Cliff is fiercely committed to helping owners pass the ultimate test of entrepreneurship:  successfully transitioning or selling their businesses.  Cliff's M&A and business valuation expertise span numerous industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, specialty contractors, transportation, for-profit schools and service firms.

Cliff has attained the designations of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Brooks has more than 20 year of experience in progressive leadership positions in finance and operations roles, initially in the finance function for a number of Fortune 500 firms including Hewlett- Packard, Agilent Technologies and Philips Medical Systems.  In 2003, Brooks joined his family business, a $130M custom cabinet manufacturer, at first as VP - Operations and ultimately as President/COO for 10 years.  Brooks has experience leading organizations through dynamic phases of growth, business development, and new product introduction.  He brings particular experience in helping businesses navigate the challenges of strategic planning, family business dynamics, corporate governance, and ultimately exit and succession planning best practices.

Brooks has Bachelor of Science, Engineering degree from Duke University, a Master of Engineering Management from Cornell University, and an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
