We analyze the offers and provide an analysis so you can choose the offer that’s best for you. Once an offer is signed, we quarterback the due diligence process and close the transaction.

We solicit financial information from the targets and value their business. Next, our team prepares a preliminary analysis and presents the acquisition opportunity to you. We assist Buyers in drafting a Letter of Intent (LOI) for purchasing the target, and once it’s signed, lead the due diligence process.

Our firm maintains strong relationships with commercial banks across the United States and many of our team members are former bankers. We can identify commercial banks, prepare financing proposals, assist with banking presentations, and review and analyze financing term sheets as part of the buy-side process.
