Matt is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and has since earned his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) credentials. He also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License. Matt has most recently been an M&A Advisor for Williamsport-based firm Keystone Business Ventures. While there his work included sell-side and buy-side advising, business valuations, machinery and equipment appraisals, and commercial real estate brokerage, development, and management.

Matt provides sell-side, buy-side, valuation and debt advisory services.  Clients include middle market companies, private equity groups, family offices, and independent sponsors.

In addition to his role with MMCA, Matt is an elected Township Auditor for West Buffalo Township, Union County. He is an avid fan of baseball, golf, hunting and enjoys traveling with his friends and family.
