Mike Frey joined Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors in 2025. Mike brings extensive executive leadership experience to MMCA from both financial services and private industry. Frey served as President of Union National Community Bank and most recently as Lancaster Market President and Chief Deposit and Wealth Officer at Traditions Bank. In private industry, Frey has been President of Ranck Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, COO of Garber Metrology and Chief Customer Officer at The Wenger Group. 

Mike is very involved in the Central PA community currently serving on the Board and Executive Committees of United Way of Lancaster County and WITF/Pennon.  He is on the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Strategic Planning Committee, Capacity Building Committee for Music for Everyone, and Lancaster General/Penn Medicine Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council. He is also an Honorary Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lancaster County and member of the Notre Dame Club of Harrisburg.

Frey graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He resides in Lancaster, where he is based.
